Zappos Tour

NW SOCAP members from various companies visited Zappos' Customer Service Center on September 23rd, 2009 just outside of Las Vegas, NV. Tour attendees were wowwed by the innovative practices that have made Zappos a world-class service organization that just happens to sell shoes and clothing.
